Return of merchandise for any reason must be done within 10 days of receipt of order. Merchandise must be in new condition, unused, and with all original tags.
Merchandise damaged or broken in transit must be reported to your U.P.S. or freight carrier immediately. El Paso Saddleblanket Co. will not credit or refund any damaged goods not inspected by the carrier.
No refunds will be exchanged or credited unless accompanied by a valid return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice to verify dates and pricing. E-mail or call us at 1-800-351-7847 for an authorization number.
Return freight charges must be prepaid by you.
